At night, the logic reverses. The dark spots indicate a lack of clouds. You still can't see the stars in these patches, of course. It's just more slender sections of cloud cover that don't reflect the city light as well.
The stars, our own star - how I crave it. If the weather stays like this, I may start writing again. And really, that's not a good thing.
